1. Who we are

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tury website at www.tury.in (the "Service"). "Tury", "we", "us" and "our" refer to TURY, a sole proprietorship based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

By creating an account, booking an experience, or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

Tury lets you browse and book structured self-work experiences guided sessions offered offline (in person) and online and, where eligible, access selected audio content ("Arivu") through your Tury account after a booking.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering, and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• One account per person. You may not share, transfer or resell your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Bookings for participants below 18 must be made and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or for security reasons.

4. Bookings, payments and confirmation

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details.
• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment, and a confirmation is sent to the email address on your account. If you do not receive a confirmation, contact us before assuming the booking exists.
• Seats are limited and confirmed strictly in order of completed payment. We do not hold seats without payment.
• Bookings are personal to the named attendee(s) and may not be transferred or resold.
• We do not offer rescheduling of bookings. If you cannot attend, the cancellation and refund terms in our Refund & Cancellation Policy apply.

5. Conduct at sessions

• Offline participants must arrive on time and follow the instructor's guidance throughout the session.
• Persons under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating drugs will not be permitted to attend any session, whether offline or online.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove from, any session (offline or online) any person who is disruptive, abusive, or poses a risk to others. In such cases no refund will be given.

6. Arivu digital content

• Where a booking grants access to Arivu audio content, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream that content through your Tury account.
• You may not download (other than temporary technical caching), record, copy, share, resell, publicly perform or redistribute Arivu content. Access is delivered through short-lived secure streaming links and is monitored.
• Access continues for as long as your entitlement remains valid and these Terms are not breached. We may revoke access for breach of these Terms.

7. Health and safety important

• Our experiences involve guided movement, breathwork, meditation and sound practices. They are not medical treatment or medical advice.
• Persons with heart conditions, spinal conditions, light sensitivity, sound sensitivity, or those who have undergone major operations should not book or attend these experiences.
• If you are pregnant, injured or unwell, consult a qualified physician before booking or attending.
• You participate entirely at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tury is not liable for any injury, health complication or loss arising from your participation.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Service including the Tury name and branding, program structures, scripts, audio, text, graphics and design is owned by Tury and protected by applicable Indian laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tury's total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the booking or content giving rise to the claim.
• Tury is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profit, data or goodwill.
• You agree to indemnify and hold Tury harmless from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

10. Ending these Terms

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, liability and governing law) will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
